杭州科博纸业有限责任公司系外商独资企业，注册资本1200万美金。公司位于美丽的富春江畔，浙江省省级经济技术开发区——桐庐经济技术开发区内，距杭州70公里，交通便利。 2005年公司在桐庐经济技术开发区征地300余亩，大力发展特种纸产业，园区内设有大型综合污水处理厂，配套设施齐全。公司投入巨资，引进数条国际的特种纸生产线，打造中国特种纸“硅谷”。公司拥有一批的专业人才，先后与几所国内知名大学和科研院所建立合作关系，形成产、学、研的紧密联合体。同时，公司聘请国内外多名造纸专家做顾问，共谋企业发展。
